Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data may be processed when you visit Patiserii.net or contact us.
Pre-launch version · updated 6 September 2026
1. Who controls your data
TRANSYLVANIA GEOPULSE LTD, company no. 17434903, registered office at 31 Deering Close, Bristol, BS11 0PT, United Kingdom, operates Patiserii.net. For privacy questions, email privacy@transylvaniageopulse.com.
2. Data we process
At this stage, Patiserii.net is an information website and does not create user accounts. Contributions are directed to Merdenele.net, where that platform’s privacy notice applies.
- Technical data strictly needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, device and browser type, request date and time, and security signals.
- Information you choose to send by email, such as your name, email address and message.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use technical data to deliver and protect the site, relying on our legitimate interest in operating a secure service. We process messages to answer your request, take pre-contractual steps or pursue a legitimate interest, depending on the conversation. We do not use personal data for behavioural advertising without consent.
4. Providers and international transfers
We use infrastructure, security, hosting, DNS and email providers, including OpenAI, Cloudflare and our domain and email providers. We limit sharing to what is necessary. Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom or EEA, we rely on applicable legal transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards.
5. Retention
Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for operation, diagnostics and security, subject to the providers’ limited retention periods. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the request and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Subject to the law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to the UK ICO or the competent authority in your country.
7. Cookies and updates
We do not intend to use non-essential cookies before an appropriate consent mechanism is in place. We may update this notice when features or providers change; the version date will appear here. This document will be reviewed before commercial launch.
